To buy a property in the US is not easy for a person with a foreign nationality. There are a lot of questions and a big need of trust. Karen is a professional agent who never lost her patience with my husband and me. She always responsed in time, is helpful, friendly and personable. We would highly recommend her!

Mark made the buying experience a very positive one. We were caught up in the buying frenzy where people were bidding higher than asking price and buying property sight unseen. We're not that type of buyer. Mark showed us the properties in which we had interest. When we made our offer, he convinced the seller, who had other offers, that we were the right buyers. He knows the market and we rely on his expertise. We're not full time Florida residents yet, so while the property is unoccupied, we hired Mark to be our property manager to generate some income while idle. Mark has done a great job for us in this aspect as well. Mark comes highly recommended by me. When we are in the market again, either to buy or sell, Mark will be our guy!

Todd was incredible! He worked all the way through the process to make sure we were getting as much as possible for our home. He left no detail to chance and kept us informed the entire way. I will have him sell my home every time. Thank you Todd.

There are not enough words that can describe this positive experience through one of the roughest times in the housing market, however I am truly blessed that Amy and I have met. She knew what I needed and stuck it out with me in this journey. Just know she will fight to get what you want till you’re fully satisfied! Look no further, this is your girl!

The cornerstone to any relationship is Trust, and along with Trust, there are many important factors, in my opinion, that contribute to successful and enjoyable Real Estate relationships. Let me tell you about Scotty Ledford and Robert (Bob) Thurston. In my experience with these two wonderful men, I found complete Trust. They are Honest and they are Fair. They are the Kindest Gentlemen who guided me with my best interest in the forefront of our transactions. Every. Step. Of. The. Way. They went far beyond what I ever imagined, or ever experienced, in any prior business transaction. I believe they are true Concierge Real Estate Agents. The staging by Bob and designer, Ted of my home was outstanding! Not only did they beautifully stage my home but they cleaned, weeded, fixed. It was amazing! They cared for my home as if it were their own. Every aspect of the transaction went smoothly because Scotty handled every potential glitch that came up with such grace, thoroughness and professionalism. Not only will I continue to have Scotty and Bob represent every real estate transaction moving forward, I have already, and will continue, to refer them to everyone I know. On a scale of 1-10, they scored over 100 in my book. They are that good!

I was referred to Fevil Patel by my sister to buy my house. I was looking for professional, knowledgeable and friendly Realtor. That is exactly what I received. Fevil went above and beyond and I will definitely use his services again. What I valued most is his prompt attention to my questions/concerns and their detail handling my transaction. I will be referring Fevil to any friends or family planning to buy or sell. I am a very happy customer. Thank you very much Fevil!

Darren is a true professional in every aspect of the ins and outs of the real-estate industry. His experience with and understanding of the market and his clients is amazing. I have trusted him through the entire buying experience and through the sale of my home as well. I am not usually trusting nor complimentary of people, but, what he has earned he deserves. I truly thankyou Darren

We met Bill at an Open House and with in 2 weeks he had found us the perfect house! He listened to what we were looking for and did not try to sell us something he was trying to sell. Was not pushy or repetitive and was very familiar with area we were looking in. Has great contacts in the business as well as tradesmen to help with home improvement. Thanks Bill

We can't say enough about having Gina as our Real Estate Agent. She is smart, professional and a pleasure to work with. She listened closely to what we wanted to do and gave us a lot of good ideas. She knew where to go to find the places that clearly matched what we looking for. Whenever we went out looking at properties she had several lined up and would always accommodate our schedule. Gina also was our agent fore selling the condo we were leaving. The sale went smoothly, she got the word out to realtors right away and got us multiple strong offers in a 3-day period. You will feel like you're working with a good friend and you can talk with her about anything in the process. She will always give you her honest opinion. You become her priority and it shows in the results. We absolutely recommend Gina whether you are buying or selling. She will do a great job.
