Mark made the buying experience a very positive one. We were caught up in the buying frenzy where people were bidding higher than asking price and buying property sight unseen. We're not that type of buyer. Mark showed us the properties in which we had interest. When we made our offer, he convinced the seller, who had other offers, that we were the right buyers. He knows the market and we rely on his expertise. We're not full time Florida residents yet, so while the property is unoccupied, we hired Mark to be our property manager to generate some income while idle. Mark has done a great job for us in this aspect as well. Mark comes highly recommended by me. When we are in the market again, either to buy or sell, Mark will be our guy!

We can't say enough about having Gina as our Real Estate Agent. She is smart, professional and a pleasure to work with. She listened closely to what we wanted to do and gave us a lot of good ideas.
