We were very pleased that Barb got to know us and used that knowledge to find the perfect fit for us. We were purchasing a winter home in a market where multiple offers over asking were being received immediately when a property was listed. She helped us zero in on the neighborhood and type of community that was right for us. She found us an active gated community right on the Legacy Trail (I'm a biker) that was great for us as well as our visiting children, grandchildren, and friends. Even after the purchase she stayed involved and checked in with us regularly as the build was being completed. I've already referred her to friends. We would not think of using anyone else if we were looking for a home in the broad area she helped us discover. Barb found the perfect unique fit for us and stayed engaged until the build was complete and we moved in. Barb is the best and you should use her too!

Having an older property that was in need of updating, Brooks was able to find an investor that was interested in our property and gave us a fair offer for our home. To buy a property in the US is not easy for a person with a foreign nationality. There are a lot of questions and a big need of trust. Mark made the buying experience a very positive one. We were caught up in the buying frenzy where people were bidding higher than asking price and buying property sight unseen. We're not that type of buyer. Mark showed us the properties in which we had interest. When we made our offer, he convinced the seller, who had other offers, that we were the right buyers. He knows the market and we rely on his expertise. We're not full time Florida residents yet, so while the property is unoccupied, we hired Mark to be our property manager to generate some income while idle. Mark has done a great job for us in this aspect as well. Mark comes highly recommended by me. When we are in the market again, either to buy or sell, Mark will be our guy!
