Within two days I received great offers and quickly accepted a cash offer, higher than the asking price. Unknown to me there was an open permit which she assisted in resolving. Her help was invaluable. In general I could not have hoped for a more professional or better realtor .

Karen was worked tirelessly to find the home I was looking for. She responded immediately to my calls and texts about every property. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to guide me through the bidding process so I was sure to get the house at the price I wanted. I could not do the closing in person so she did a virtual walk through for me and she collected the keys and delivered them to me when I arrived a few days later. Karen gave me recommendations for mortgage companies, property inspectors and insurance. With her help I was able to close in 30 days. I would highly recommend Karen. She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with.

Marla was exceptional in all regards. She was instrumental in securing our rental property and a superb realtor. We needed several items repaired prior to listing our home. Not only did Marla supply a vendor list, but all of the contractors were professional, affordable and reasonably available. Marla answered calls at night, texted all times of the day and immediately communicated all developments. Our home received an offer within twenty four hours of listing, and sold for more than asking price. The RESULTS of her hard work and dedication were undeniable. Moreover, Marla became a friend. We had to find our dog a new home and Marla again came to the rescue by connecting us to one of her clients. That client has graciously allowed my daughter to visit the dog whenever time allows. Marla is the consummate professional, the quintessential realtor and a wonderful human being. In my Humble and honest opinion, as one searches for a realtor, you may get lucky and find someone as good as Marla Scalone but none could be better.

Karen was/is a gem. I came across this condo & I got ahold of her & told her I had to have it. It's a long story but I knew in my heart that I had to have this condo & Karen went way out of her way to make this possible.
