Shopping for a home Can be very stressful. However James made it easy and exciting. His knowledge, tenacity, and persistence proved to be invaluable in finding the right home for us. He took care of everything including all the minute details right up to the closing. He was very attentive and listened to what we had to say and did not pressure us in any way out of our comfort zone. after 1 yr of no results we heard about Rick, he worked daily staging, planting pots, painting could go on and on.....many problems came up when getting the house ready to close because of incomplete paper work way back when we bought the house 7 yrs ago....what a mess....Rick worked tireless on doting all of the I and crossing all of the t 's......would highly recommend him... can't say enough about Rick, especially when I compare him to the realtors we dealt with the whole YEAR house was for sale before we listed with him.....

We decided to sell my Mother’s home in Sarasota Florida, unfortunately Mom was no longer able to live alone. I live in NC so everything had to be handled long distance (we were very stressed and overwhelmed at the daunting task and the process required to place mom’s house on the market especially living in another state. With the many realtors I have dealt with in the past selling my own properties, I knew it was NOT going to be an easy or pleasant experience… That is until we met Wendy Lynn, from the moment we were introduced we could tell she was a caring, knowledgable and professional agent with experience in the issues we were going through. (Living out of state and selling a parents home). Wendy went above and beyond the requirements of a great agent! She kept in touch to let us know how many showings we experienced and what the feedback was from each showing. During the inspection process we found some repairs were needed, Wendy was instrumental in helping us get these repairs resolved quickly. She also stayed on top of current market availability and gave us feedback so we could make smart decisions, i.e. if other homes in close proximity were either for sale or sold she offered suggestions on how to maximize our potential sale.
