Realtor willing to take the time

My husband and I sold our home in Georgia and needed to head down to Florida ASP, to find our retirement house. I needed a realtor that was willing to spend 3-5 long days with us; searching every part of Bradenton (canal, Lakewood, Long Boat Key, ect). Deidre was the realtor! Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty and hardworking ethic are much respected and appreciated. Even when we settled on a home in Lakewood Ranch, five days later I called her in a panic and said that isn't the home I want. Deidre was patient and said, lets go look at more homes and properties. Even when we decided to buy a lot and build; she was so happy for us. Helping us with finding a builder, paperwork...She is an angel sent from above! The best part is that we know have a friend-a friendship what will continue to grow

Amazing to work with!
Kass was amazing to work with. She always returned texts and calls right away. Stayed on top of everything during the purchase of our home, that I never had to worry about anything. She is always happy and willing to help out no matter what! I would highly recommend using Kass as your realtor, you won't be disappointed!!

In a few words: the consummate professional. We have been privileged to buy and sell homes in several states and have dealt with more than our fair share of realtors. None of them have served our needs or represented our interests better than has Leigh Anne. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional. She was very adept as using that knowledge to quickly allow us to focus on the neighborhoods and developments most likely to meet our needs. She was also widely respected by her colleagues, many of whom kept her apprised (and provided us access to) pre-market and soon-to-market offerings – a true “leg-up” in a seller’s market. She also has a wide network of other professionals, including lawyers, insurance brokers, property managers, inspectors and other service providers needed post-closing. Everyone of those professionals to whom Leigh Anne referred us were immediately responsive and very skilled. Collecting those needed on an immediate basis was essential to a quick closing and Leigh Anne’s contacts all delivered.

I highly recommend Rick as your realtor. He is knowledgeable, hard working, and gets things done. He has quality recommendations for other companies involved with the process. He checks and double checks things to make sure they're correct. I am so grateful to have had him for my realtor to help me find my home, especially in this market.
