The process was painless and efficient. Her service was excellent. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. Every step of the way, she was there for us. From the time we contacted her until the time we closed, she treated us like we were the only client she had and selling our house was her main goal. We just could not say enough. Amy was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions and help in any way she could. She was so responsive and is the sweetest person.

Frank is very professional!
Frank is very professional. I rely on experience and excellent knowledge of the market, site conditions and houses. It offers not an abundance of unnecessary options, but several that suit the most demanding Client as much as possible. Thanks to a detailed conversation, with correct questions, Frank draws up a list of priorities and desires, and in the future provides only those houses and plots that deserve attention. Very nice, intelligent in communication, funny and intelligent person. At our first meeting, during an hour of conversation, we expressed our wishes, answered Frank's professional questions, he made the necessary notes. Literally within a week, he offered several options, of which we chose the best. Frank also accompanied and advised us during the transaction. As a result, with a minimum investment of time and effort, we got a wonderful site. I recommend everyone to work with Frank.

Hands down the most honest and sincere real estate agent I’ve ever worked with!

Wonderful experience working with Frank DeFede.
Bob and I were lucky enough to find Frank a few years ago after months of looking on our own. Frank helped us find a beautiful home in Caribbean Village in Venice.
