Rick did a great job as my selling agent! He is really a master at analyzing the market and home values, and he used that expertise to get me the best price for my home- more than I was expecting! When the first deal fell through, Rick worked so hard to help the second buyer’s agent put a great deal together. His communication with me was always so timely, and I appreciated the care he took to keep my pets safe during showings! He even took my internet router box to the UPS store for me after I left town.
