Brooks did a great job for us and was extremely patient! We were not sure exactly what we wanted or where we wanted it and Brooks spent a great deal of time showing us different areas and options. She is a native of Sarasota and really knows the area well. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then provided us with alternatives she thought would fit our needs. She went out of her way to show us the many amenities each community offered. Once we decided on a house, she did an outstanding job coordinating all the different inspections and following up with the sellers agent to ensure a timely closure. She was a real pleasure to work with and we would definitely use her again!!
