I would highly recommend working with Brooks to my own family and friends. She is an absolute professional: communicates clearly, makes sure the buyer is informed of all options, and worked diligently to help me find the home I was searching for. She was able to check every box of wants/needs in what I was looking for. I really can’t say enough good things about Brooks, but I will say I had a different local realtor before her and the level of professionalism & knowledge was no where near what Brooks brings to the table. Her attention to detail and awareness of this area of Florida as a native is absolutely invaluable. She is someone you can trust to do the detail work.
