The main takeaway of this review should be that choosing anyone other than Katie and the FASS team as your Realtor would be a disservice to yourself. This can be illustrated by our situation. THREE days before we are set to close, our lender contacts us to tell us they made a major error and would not be able to close on time. We would have lost all of our earnest money and the perfect property that we had spent months looking for. Katie (at 6 am) immediately contacted the lender as well as the seller to SAVE the deal (that had other offers) and get us an extension. She is the only Realtor in NoVa that you want in your corner. Throughout our entire process, Katie and her colleague Denise were reliable, responsive, and had our best interests in mind. We NEVER felt rushed through the process.
