Paul helped sell our home very quickly and smoothly! He communicated a clear plan from the beginning, and was very honest and timely in his responses and guidance. He even helped shovel our snow on our deck/patio (after the icy snow storm of Jan 2026!) We wanted a last minute change before the house went on market, and he accommodated right away.
