Working with Megan's team was great. My folks moved across the country and we had to rely on the Fass team to oversee cleaning up the house, getting it ready to sell, and any other logistical challenges that went along with coordinating the sale. They were great.
Paul Kim is AMAZING. We first met Paul at an open house and we were so impressed. Paul was helpful, realistic, and kind from the get-go. He was very responsive and always found time to check out houses. He went above and beyond several times - between creative ideas, encouraging us when we missed out on a house, and taking walkthrough videos for us when only one could attend the viewing. Paul was honest about our timeline and finding our unicorn property. He let us know about upcoming listings which was key to finding our dream home. We truly never would have found our beautiful new home without him and will be forever grateful! On the selling side, Paul was just as fantastic. He explained every step of the process and gave tips and tricks that helped us get an offer within 4 days of hitting the market! We had hoped for a quick sell but with Paul’s help it was faster and smoother than we could have dreamed. Through our buying and selling we also were able to meet Jenny and Megan, who were great as well. They really work as a team together and it helped us feel even more supported. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Paul and we rave about him to all our friends and family who mention house hunting!
We got connected with EXP and with Paul by a family member and from the start we knew it would be a great experience working with him. He knows the area very well, he takes the time to plan calls with his clients and he creates great connections with anyone he works with. Paul did a fantastic job helping us find our home. He went above and beyond the call of duty and he was there to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. We had a short time frame to find a new home and Paul rose to the occasion and exceeded our expectations. He was very responsive, attentive and assisted with anything we needed. His relationships with other agents and his relationships with his clients makes him a fantastic realtor. We would definitely use Paul in the future and would recommend him to anyone we know!
Paul Kim is a great real estate agent! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Paul helped us get a great place and there was a lot of competition for our house. He builds and has great relationships with everyone involved in the process. Could not recommend Paul highly enough!
Megan and Team was recommended by a friend of ours. From our first meeting, we knew that she would be perfect for selling our house. She came prepared to discuss the market, the inventory situation, and gave us concrete ideas of what we could do to better market our house. We found her organized, knowledgable, client focused, and results-oriented. While we were undertaking house improvements in preparation for selling our house, she stayed in contact to ask if we needed anything, but was not over-bearing or trying to rush us. When our house was put on the market, she would phone us in the evening to report on feedback from potential buyers. Even after our house went under contract—it was on the market for less than three days—she guided us on next steps and always promptly responded to our questions and concerns. In short, we were very happy with the experience and have only very positive things to say about Megan, Jenny, Denise, and the rest of the team. Thanks you. Ana

Desiree did a fantastic job! From staging help to key marketing advice to guidance during negotiations, I'm confident her help got me ten offers in the first week in a tough market, with the accepted offer cash 10% over asking. All while I was overseas! Highly recommend!
We cannot be more impressed with Meghan Fass and Justin Snyder from FASS Results. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Under their expert guidance, we went from just considering selling, with 12 years worth of accumulations, to closing in under 4 months. Meghan helped us figure out how to make our home most marketable, to define a timeline that capitalized on the market, to negotiate an incredible contract, and we could not be more pleased with the result. Justin was the master in managing and arranging it all: movers; haul away service; obtaining multiple bids for home improvements; keeping the contractor on task; cleaners; staging, and more. He essentially walked us through every detailed step with his positivity and big smile and get it done attitude. Justin managed to take all the stress away from us and leapfrogged over the notion of going “above and beyond” many times over. We definitely could not have managed this without his tremendous amount of help. We are so grateful to Meghan and Justin for their expertise. We would not have had this successful outcome without their prompting, guidance, insights and hard work. There truly is no better team out there!
Denise and the FASS Results Group helped us prepare and sell the house with as little stress as possible. The team always respond quickly to our questions, and they kept us informed about all the next steps and the progress of the sale. They recommended contractors for painting and other minor repairs that would help the house show better. We highly recommend the FASS Results Group to anyone that is looking to sell their home for top dollar and stress-free!

Really great experience working with Megan, Nadia, and the team at Fass Results. We were referred to them by a close friend and they really lived up to our expectations. First, they perfectly orchestrated the sale our property a few years ago: above asking offer within hours of the very first open house, and quickly moved to close. When it was time to buy, we again turned to Fass and Nadia was instrumental in quickly navigating through an environment where there was very limited inventory, and properties going quickly. She understood what our needs were, and when we found the perfect house Nadia and the Fass team handled the negotiation strategy and closing very well. Extremely resourceful and knowledgeable group of professionals!
We recently purchased our first home and throughout the process, Denise always listened and paid attention to our wishes and was supportive of our decisions. She truly cares about her clients. It was a stress-free experience and the communication was great! We really appreciated all of her advice and guidance. Highly recommend this team!
