First off, I hate writing reviews, and if it was anyone else but Mine I would not take the time.<br/><br/>Over the past two years she has assisted with the purchase and selling of 3 different properties for my family. The continued use of Mine should tell you something already. <br/><br/>I believe the key to her success is she really listens to her clients, no high pressure sales, no wasted time touring properties, no repeated explanation of what we were looking for or asking in a sales price. Her dedication to getting what the client wants was our reason for repeatedly using her service. <br/><br/>Our most recent experience was the purchase of a foreclosure through an auction house. Something we've never done before! Mine's knowledge, experience, quick responses and ability to negotiate was truly amazing. We found Maria online while searching for a house in Florida while we were living in California. She was prompt to respond to my request to help me find a new home for our relocation with only minimal information I had submitted via email. She toured homes for us and took video of questionable areas, she gave honest feedback which we relied on. We were able to put in an offer quickly from across the country. She helped arrange all of the inspections on a tight time schedule as we flew in from California just for inspections. She even helped arrange for our marble floors to be polished prior to our move in. She worked hard to make the transaction nearly seamless from across country. Would highly recommend this agent.
