We live in another country, and we purchased an investment property in Delray Beach without seeing or coming to the US! We knew nothing about Florida, real estate market trends, or purchase process. Mine was referred to us from our circle of friends, and she had an outstanding reputation as a real estate agent! So, we contacted her and talked about our plans, expectations, budget, and told her to find us a property to purchase as you are buying for yourself! She walked us through in every step via emails and phone calls, found the property, followed thru negotiation/inspection/HOA approval and closing. She also found a tenant before we even close and rented for the highest rental price in the community our home is. We were fortunate to know her and looking forward to doing more business with her.

First off, I hate writing reviews, and if it was anyone else but Mine I would not take the time.<br/><br/>Over the past two years she has assisted with the purchase and selling of 3 different properties for my family. The continued use of Mine should tell you something already. <br/><br/>I believe the key to her success is she really listens to her clients, no high pressure sales, no wasted time touring properties, no repeated explanation of what we were looking for or asking in a sales price. Something we've never done before! Mine's knowledge, experience, quick responses and ability to negotiate was truly amazing.
