My experience with Paul Jay was all done electronically. He sent me documents and I signed them. Throughout this period I was suffering with cancer which resulted in serious “brain fog”. My brother Edward Newcombe was acting as my attorney. If he advised me to sign, I did so. I really can not rate Paul Jay as a result.
