Jay and team faced and surmounted a number of issues, market turn, sellers view of property.
Throughout our relationship Jay maintained a cool and professional approach to the barriers encountered on this property. His knowledge of the workings of the industry coupled with his "we can do this" attitude prevailed. As sellers we are very pleased with the result that Jay and his team delivered for us.

Excellent Service!
Having been a realtor for over 20 years, I wanted only the best real estate agent for selling my father's condo in Delray and I believe I found the best one in Paul Saperstein. Paul sent weekly updates on the real estate market in the area to keep us informed of our competition which helped in selecting the right price for the condo. We received offers not too long after listing the condo. When an offer was being negotiated Paul was very helpful in explaining the sales contract details to my 90 year old father. My father really appreciated that Paul took care of disposing the furniture that the buyers didn't want and having the condo cleaned before the new owners moved in so that my father didn't have to worry and take care of those last minute details. I have already recommended Paul Saperstein to other family and friends in the Delray/Boca/Boynton area for their future real estate needs.

Sold in Timely Fashion.
Paul sold our house in a timely fashion for the price we wanted. Paul respected our wishes when showing our house. Pictures on line looked very good, too.

Paul was recommended to me by Steve at Rent Florida Realty. Steve and Rent Florida had been my rental agents for over fourteen years. It was time for me to sell my condo at the Spa at Sunset Isles in Royal Palm Beach and I had no contact with realtors I the area. I was very fortunate that Paul was recommended. My experience with Paul Jay
My experience with Paul Jay was all done electronically. He sent me documents and I signed them. Throughout this period I was suffering with cancer which resulted in serious “brain fog”. My brother Edward Newcombe was acting as my attorney. If he advised me to sign, I did so. I really can not rate Paul Jay as a result.

Knowledgeable, helpful, going above and beyond
Paul was very helpful in providing boxes to move and getting everything done, including returning the cable boxes after the move and even mailing items to us that we forgot. He was very quick to return calls and provide needed information and always pleasant. I would highly recommend him to sell your property. We also got a sale fairly quickly!
