Eddie was our realtor when we looked for an apartment for investment. He offered a few apartments that suit our needs and even calculated the ROI on every apartment. He negotiated a great deal for me per the price. He was in communication and handled things that needed to be handled including taking care of the tenant. This investment transaction was done remotely without you seeing the unit. He made a video for me. Since the purchase the unit price has appreciated.
