Mike earned my respect after our first visit, he gained all my trust after our first transaction. I will no longer feel confident to make another purchase without Mike representing me. I am a seasoned property buyer/owner/investor, so I am well educated on the purchasing process. I sought after a property that required me to recruit help. Mike was referred to me, I made one quick phone call and I was impressed. Immediately we started the tumultuous journey that required skill and creativity to maneuver through the obstacles and hurdles. With diligence and expertise, Mike managed the entire process. Half way through, when I felt defeated, Mike took the Bull by the Horns and persevered. With complete doubt of victory I obliged to all his requests and entertained all his positive thoughts. Moral of the story is, with Mike's knowledge of the Real Estate profession, skill of the paperwork process, creativity beyond belief, eagerness without rest, passion to fulfill his promise, all done with his professionalism, dignity, communication and his charm, the deal fell through. I have known Joan Poulton since 2013. She came highly from recommended from a friend and she helped me purchase my first condo. In 2018 I purchased my second home with Joan it went just as smoothly as the first and when I moved into my new home she helped me rent out my condo.
