I have known Joan Poulton since 2013. She came highly from recommended from a friend and she helped me purchase my first condo. Joan is a down to earth honest professional person who is very well-versed in the details of getting the sale done correctly Joan also really takes the time to understand what your looking for and what your needs are . In 2018 I purchased my second home with Joan it went just as smoothly as the first and when I moved into my new home she helped me rent out my condo. As of 2020 I have left Florida for work and she rented out my 2nd home as well. I completely trust Joan and would never think to use anyone else. Patti Gatti was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. She is knowledgeable and detailed and found us exactly what we were looking for in a Condo. We had some issues with the mortgage company because of the Covid 19 but she stood by our side and kept our contract up to date to protect us. We live in another country, and we purchased an investment property in Delray Beach without seeing or coming to the US! We knew nothing about Florida, real estate market trends, or purchase process. Mine was referred to us from our circle of friends, and she had an outstanding reputation as a real estate agent! So, we contacted her and talked about our plans, expectations, budget, and told her to find us a property to purchase as you are buying for yourself! She walked us through in every step via emails and phone calls, found the property, followed thru negotiation/inspection/HOA approval and closing. She also found a tenant before we even close and rented for the highest rental price in the community our home is. We were fortunate to know her and looking forward to doing more business with her.

Initially I listed my home on Zillow to sell it by owner in December 2019 . I received hundreds of calls from various real state agents and investors , to say the least it was a very frustrating situation to receive so many calls from reals state agents and a few investors that want buy your property for nothing; after a few days I decided to interview Eddie who was one of the agents that have called offering his services, I was very impressed with his presentation and how he explained that contrary to my assumption December was a great time to list a home because of the lack of inventory; soon after the contract was signed professional pictures were taken and the house was listed in all of the sites,we had two open houses generating a lot of traffic within the second week we had a full price contract he was in contact with the lender to ensure that there were no issues and kept me updated at all times. I will definite recommend Eddie for your real state needs.

We had the best experience with Jeremiah finding our dream home! We was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk and work with. He was always super fast responding to any of our questions or concerns no matter what time of day and would make calls immediately to find out any more information we needed to know. We have 4 dogs and have always ran into problems finding places, he made sure to always double check with every house we were interested that everything would be acceptable.
