Mike Palencar made buying a place such a breeze! He was a one-stop-shop. I was new to home buying and he made me feel very comfortable and helped me every step of the way. He was an amazing negotiator and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker, to the condo board that took forever to approve me.
