We reside in Buffalo, NY but had decided to look/purchase a future "retirement" home in Venice, FL. The "search" went fairly quickly, and we decided on a home that was a short sale. Patrice assisted us through the process that went very quickly in comparison to other short sale stories we've heard! Fast forward 4 years, and my husband and I are purchasing another home down the street from our S. Venice home-directly through an estate situation. So who do we call...Patrice!! She is wonderful, answers our calls promptly, forwards us the appropriate contract, reviews it with us...and connects us with a title company that will assist us during the purchase process!! Patrice is definitely a 5 Star Realtor. She is dedicated to this profession and it shows through her extensive knowledge of the entire process and her enthusiasm while working with her. We worked with Patrice while selling our condo and buying our home. We never felt pressured and felt that she wanted us to be sure we bought a home we would be happy with. As sellers Patrice was always available right away to show our condo and answer the countless questions we asked her. She answers her phone right away, and when rarely having to leave a message she returns calls promptly. Her negotiation skills are very strong and she is proactive and no nonsense. Patrice is extremely personable and always positive. She spent countless hours with us and was patient and supportive as we struggled to decide on the right house (which we did!) We highly recommend Patrice whether you are buying or selling.

Patrice is an outstanding real estate agent and now a good friend. She helped my wife and I purchase a new home then sold our old home in less than a day and for more than we asked. She took all the time we needed to find our new beautiful home. She spent several days showing us homes until we fell in love. She gave us all the time we needed when we were looking. Her knowledge of the industry and the area was a tremendous help to us in finding the perfect place. We were introduced to Patrice by our former neighbors when she helped them purchase a new home. In turn we introduced Patrice to our friend who was moving to Florida and Patrice did a terrific job in finding her a new home. We don't anticipate moving again but if we do Patrice is the first person we would call. She is also the only person we would recommend to our family and friends in need of a hew home.

I live in Michigan. Cedric kept me up to date on everything and took his time on the phone explaining every step of putting it on the market to selling. I'm disabled and couldn't travel to Florida. It was not a problem for Cedric. He sent a person to my home, he was in his office, waiting incase I needed him. For medical reasons, my memory is slow. He is a super person with patience to work with. He takes all the time that you need. He made me feel like he was always sitting next to me. Excellent agent.

Diane is an excellent real estate agent! Her fun, outgoing personality allowed what is usually a very stressful and overwhelming process to be as less "painful" as possible. This was our 11th home purchase, so I am well aware of the trials and tribulations, of searching, negotiating, purchasing and seeing the contract through the entire process, until settlement!
