Ron is an amazing realtor! I can't even begin to tell you how knowledgeable he is about his profession & what he does. Before we listed our house for sale, Ron came over and pointed out some things that he suggested we did before listing it on the market. & Needless to say, he was right on 100% with everything he suggested. Our house was on the market for 5 days total. We had multiple showings within just 24 hours of being on the market. The photographer he works with is great too. The pictures turned out so awesome! Ron was by our side every step of the way. He was available anytime we needed him. When we moved, we asked him for some small favors like checking on the house & bringing up the trash cans. Whatever we needed, he was more then willing to help us out with it. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house & if we ever need a realtor in the future, we would totally use him again!!! I interviewed 4 realtors for my listing on the water. Sheila was the only one who researched the water, type of boating and fishing. Her comps were not just zip code, they were actual similar homes on the water. Hard to believe but she came over in work clothes and helped me prepare the yard, trim palm trees and bushes for curb appeal. She helped me clean the inside of home and prepare it. She told me she has even painted a room in one of her listings, arranged repairs and routinely cleans her listings. Well other properties in area have taken the usual 90 days or so. Mine sold in 14 days. The buyer gave low ball offer, at first I just said no. Was angry. She convinced me to counter and after couple back and forths they met my price. The inspection found couple issues and Sheila resolved them. There are flashier realtors maybe, but if you want the hardest honest one hire her. You won't be disappointed. She is available almost 24/7, responses quickly but more important, with the correct answers.

Marcetta was great from looking thru properties for us and then arranging time for us to get in and see the ones we were interested in. She was also very helpful when we were getting ready to make an offer with doing some extra legwork to get us some additional information on recent sales and property conditions that helped us make a very favorable offer. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a property as she really helped us make a great deal! I am sure we will be doing another deal with Marcetta in the very near future!

From the first meeting, Patrice was on the job and was not stopping until we found a house. She was there for every call, question, issue and even some personal fun along the way. I searched online over 50 properties, Sheila was the agent for one that interested me. She was quick to provide many more pictures and information than was available online! She urged me to fly down to see the property beforehand, she was accommodating to my schedule, showed up early, was patient and made thoughtful suggestions. Turns out she has had construction experience, her counsel was what made things work. She saved me lots of time, we got paperwork done quickly and easily, she showed me many area highlights and just made the whole experience positive!
