Sheila always completed that most important circle in business, the communication circle. Without it, we're just talking to ourselves. Then the fight starts. That's not Sheila. She's on top of her game, texting, emailing, buzzing us up again. And talk about letting the world know your property is for sale. Well, just let Sheila handle it. Open houses galore, cleaning and primping your house just for you, reassuring you regularly that your home is not going to the dogs in the process. Paying attention to other agents' activities. Keeping you informed in case anything should happen out of the ordinary. Communication is so important. When the grass gets too high and the county starts spying on you, that's when an agent becomes very important too. She can let you know when you need a good mow or good handyman. And of course, then we come to having a buyer on hand and the importance of calm, unemotional negotiations. Here's where adulting in today's America can be more fun for everyone involved. Saving irrelevant opinions and reactions for another time and space during negotiations is crucial for the process, as I observed Sheila and her company working. I can only express gratitude to Sheila for what she has done for me in this process. She loves her job and she's very good at it!!!

I was selling my mom's Venice Condo in the Bella Costa Complex. My wife and I had just moved to Punta Gorda.
