Where do I even start? We found Patrice when we attended an open house, we were with a different realtor at the time and took her card with us in case that went south. Well it did and I am so glad we kept her card. We were relocating from Austin, TX and needed someone to truly understand our style and needs while we shopped from out of state. Patrice was detailed, patient, genuine, and never acted like we were annoying her with all of our video tours and questions. We ended up buying one of the houses she toured for us while we were in TX (Patrice negotiated for $24k less than asking) and 5 months later are still convinced we chose the right home for us. She knows the Englewood/ Venice area like the back of her hand and is a wealth of information. Even after the home buying Patrice has been there for us showing up to our house on moving day after we couldn't find a last minute moving company and helped us unpack out truck. She has given us references to multiple reliable contractors which apparently is a hard thing to find in Florida as we quickly learned. If you are moving from out of state I would only recommend Patrice, we went through two other realtors before her and trust me she is the best with relocations!

We live remotely, and Ron was recommended by friends. We called Ron, and he took over! We had very little to worry about even though we were not near our purchase. He worked with the title company, seller's agent, inspectors, electricians, etc...to insure that our house was ready for closing. We would highly recommend Ron for you needs both local, and if like us, you're remote from Florida.

Amazing realtor who guided me through my first home purchase. She is verry knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions throughout the process. She worked hard to find my beautiful home, fight for me with negotiating, and stay in my budget. Also her team she recomended for my mortgage was amazing as well and was able to get me the lowest rate and close quickly. As a first home buyer I had so many questions and concerns, but they were very patient with me and did a fantastic job! What I liked about her and her team was the open communication and weekly updates that was established between everyone. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
