We were tasked with selling our residence. However, we did not have a realtor. What a dilemma! Luckily, throughout the past year we had been receiving market statistics on real estate located in Lighthouse Cove, Heritage Harbour from a realtor, Gabriella Anastasakis (EXIT Realty – Lakewood Ranch/Bradenton). Hmmm, do we dare contact this realtor? “Why not?” we pondered. We placed the telephone call. Ms. Anastasakis answered the call immediately (a plus during this time). She was available and scheduled an appointment that week. Ms. Anastasakis was prompt (even arriving early). She was pleasant and professional. She toured the residence while identifying needs and making suggestions which (ultimately) enhanced marketability. Ms. Anastasakis prepared her analysis of comparable properties in this area and recommended an appropriate sales price. We found her recommendation acceptable. However, she even encouraged us to develop a contingency plan in case the property didn’t sell. Ms. Anastasakis then presented the “game plan”. We would need to have the house available for viewing. She would schedule an “open house” on weekends. In addition, Ms. Anastasakis made an appointment with us for a professional photo shoot and video. We sold another property a few years ago. That realtor was helpful, but not like what Gabriella Anastasakis proposed - this was going to be a production! We were impressed! We obtained a contract, with minimal seller costs and demands, within the first week. Thanks to Ms. Anastasakis, the property closed in only 35 days after execution of the contract. In addition to all of this, Ms. Anastasakis was instrumental in finding a temporary residence at a reasonable price until we could permanently relocate.
