After interviewing Jenna Vikse, we hired her to market and sell my parents' home. She provided us with invaluable advice as far as what things should be done to prepare the house and stage it in order to sell it quickly and at the highest price. She even assisted as we got the house ready for the market. When the first offer came in, she clearly explained the financial implications of the offer and prepared a solid counteroffer - that was accepted. Through no one's fault, the buyers backed out. Jenna remained upbeat and professional as she relisted the home and restarted the showings. When another offer was made and accepted, she held my parents' hands as she smoothed out every bump in the road they encountered up to the day of closing. It took less than 12 weeks from initial contact to close - a remarkably short time in a very competitive market. Jenna was a pleasure to work with throughout. I wanted to sell my house and my sister suggested to hire a local realtor because she thought it would be beneficial to have someone that was familiar with the area. After hiring him I realized that he was an absolute waist of time, he refused to do his job in any Conceivable way. So after working with him for about a month I was introduced to Kim, she was very very nice and professional the moment I met her, she’s a great person to be around and I got to know her from all the times she met me for lunch to discuss the buying of my new house. But while the process was being settled “which lasted probably a few weeks”.the original realtor that I hired didn’t do a single thing to help the situation and Kim was the main person effected by his complete inability to be a rational human being. She did both his and her jobs at the same time and didn’t complain once, she’s a super positive person and when she was given new info the first thing that she did was contact me and let me know what was happening “which is the opposite of what the original realtor did”. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job she did and I hope people give her a chance, It’ll definitely be worth it.

Mariola went above and beyond at every step through What should have been a stressful process, but instead became one of excitement due to all the wonderful guidance and support Mariola provided. She has a very calming manner and is very upfront about all aspects of the home buying/selling process. After buying and selling multiple homes over the years, this was by far the most enjoyable and stress free. We were able to obtain our “dream home” with the help of her negotiation skills.
