I’ve known Steve Ivan for over 15 years. I’m from Connecticut and visited florida at least twice a year. I’ve always wanted to buy a condo in Florida but the opportunity just wasn’t there for me at the time. But Steve always went out of his way to keep in touch with me. He was always a good long distance friend, Always letting me know that he was there for me when I was ready. In 2008 he informed me about a listing that I might be interested in So I looked at it and bought it. I kept it for 12 years and have recently sold it through Steve. As usual he kept right on top of it doing and advising me on the best and fastest way to sell it. Being so far away Living in Connecticut I put my complete trust in him and once again he came through with flying colors. He sold my condo with no problems and I am very happy. He’ll always be a good friend to me.
