Kim went above and beyond every step of the way. I was doing much of the sale long distance, while I was out of state, Kim would check on work done for me and give me helpful suggestions. Her recommendations for tradesmen were the main reason I made it through the whole process. Kim was easily accessible and followed up on everything I needed. I had used Kim in a previous purchase and I noticed how she always was a step ahead. She is definitely the best you could ask for.

Her patience and knowledge are without a doubt the best around. She worked tirelessly for me for months on end to find me my forever home with a pool. Couldn’t have asked for better!

I wanted to sell my house and my sister suggested to hire a local realtor because she thought it would be beneficial to have someone that was familiar with the area. After hiring him I realized that he was an absolute waist of time, he refused to do his job in any Conceivable way. So after working with him for about a month I was introduced to Kim, she was very very nice and professional the moment I met her, she’s a great person to be around and I got to know her from all the times she met me for lunch to discuss the buying of my new house. But while the process was being settled “which lasted probably a few weeks”.the original realtor that I hired didn’t do a single thing to help the situation and Kim was the main person effected by his complete inability to be a rational human being. She did both his and her jobs at the same time and didn’t complain once, she’s a super positive person and when she was given new info the first thing that she did was contact me and let me know what was happening “which is the opposite of what the original realtor did”. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job she did and I hope people give her a chance, It’ll definitely be worth it.
