Working with Bilen was the best experience.

We navigated some complicated situations, and Bilen handled each one with expertise and professionalism. She’s well connected, and knows someone for every issue we have had. Need a repair? She knows someone. Need a beekeeper (long story), she knows someone. We wouldn’t have closed on our home in the quick timeframe we did if it wasn’t for her. So if you need someone who’s well connected, experienced, great personality, empathetic, and will negotiate on their clients’ behalf, do not look for anyone else. If we ever sell again, we will definitely reach out to Bilen. Bilen, thank you truly for everything you’ve done for my family.

Absolutely amazing and fast results! I could not recommend Shane more!

I worked closely with him as the attorney and authorized manager for the seller of an Alexandria condominium, and he brought fresh energy, sound judgment, and a clear strategy to a sale that had become frustrating and stalled.
