Andy was professional from the very beginning. He reached out to us when we had first received our pre-approval loan. As we were in the process of home showings, he gave us invaluable insights on the homes. We learned real quick that this was an emotional process, but Andy kept a cool and level head. He definitely served us well, and was very punctual on time. He'll respond as soon as he can to your messages and will give you all the resource you need so that you can ultimately make the right decision. He has handfuls of contacts tailoring to your needs.
