He offered reasonable suggestions for listing, had his chosen vendors work with us for staging and photos, held multiple open houses, and came to us with multiple offers. Once we signed the purchase agreement, he was there to communicate everything happening along the way, and was there to celebrate with us at close. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, and a broad area in which we were looking. During the search Ryan helped us get showings lined up to accomodate our schedule even multiple in sucession, across a large geography. Once we had an offer accepted Ryan helped to close a lot of loose ends that were out there and was on top of all the various tasks that needed to happen to pull through the close. With great and timely communication on the front end and dedication to the details on the back end, Ryan really made it seamless for us as buyers. Very professional and attentitive.
