Andy was great! We lived in another state and he took us on virtual tours of not only the homes but the areas! He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. Right before closing we had a bad storm come through, he got the house all checked out again to make sure all was good before we went to sign. He thinks of everything! Great job Andy!! Thanks!

Before putting our home on the market, we invested nearly 100K on improvements to the house, such as new roof, new furnace etc. Once it hit the market all the detailed prep Andy Sopher invested went awry when we discovered several issues which caused initial multiple buyers to withdraw their offers. Not deterred, we made the adjustments with Andy while pulling the property off the active market to take care of the issues. Throughout this process, Andy supported our decisions while making recommendations as to strategies to best work through these obstacles. We had to put in a new septic, and Andy worked hard to move the septic company along as they really dragged their feet in doing the work. Andy's perseverance in keeping everything on a tight timeline was crucial as we had already moved out-of-state to our new home. Andy also had to work diligently with regard to working with the sellers agent to move the process through in a smooth manner that best protected our interests. Especially if selling a property, you need Andy Sopher in your corner to expect the best results!

Andy is a humble, kind and an educated agent. He was prompt & clear with all my questions and any follow up needed. He understood my search & wide range of possibilities. He took time to hear about me & my family and how a small lake property was my future retirement plan. We had an amazing experience working with Andy to sell our home. From the initial conversations to the closing table, Andy was communicative, well informed, and a delight to work with. He offered reasonable suggestions for listing, had his chosen vendors work with us for staging and photos, held multiple open houses, and came to us with multiple offers. Once we signed the purchase agreement, he was there to communicate everything happening along the way, and was there to celebrate with us at close.
