Before putting our home on the market, we invested nearly 100K on improvements to the house, such as new roof, new furnace etc. Once it hit the market all the detailed prep Andy Sopher invested went awry when we discovered several issues which caused initial multiple buyers to withdraw their offers. Not deterred, we made the adjustments with Andy while pulling the property off the active market to take care of the issues. Throughout this process, Andy supported our decisions while making recommendations as to strategies to best work through these obstacles. We had to put in a new septic, and Andy worked hard to move the septic company along as they really dragged their feet in doing the work. Andy's perseverance in keeping everything on a tight timeline was crucial as we had already moved out-of-state to our new home. Andy also had to work diligently with regard to working with the sellers agent to move the process through in a smooth manner that best protected our interests.
