He also coordinated a rent back situation for a month so we didn't have to find a place to live in the interim. Working with Ryan as a first time home seller was a smooth experince. As an agent he does his best to ensure any questions you may have get awnsers wich did help me feel a lot more comfortable with the sale. He put in the effort to help get resources when things needed fixing or tune ups and gave me contact information of a local plumber, contractor etc services. He even helped walk me through the process for the water/ septic compliance tests and gave me solutions if anything needed to be fixed. One of my favorite things was his honestly as a realtor. Off the bat he was upfront about the home value and what to expect from the sale experince, he always seemed to have the clients best interest at heart while making sure there were realistic expectations. For any first time home seller or buyer I definitely would recommend Ryan as he goes above and beyond for his clients to make everything as easy and smooth as possible while trying to make sure you are happy with the results.
