MICHELLE is realtor of the year in our books. Her professional advise about the island and her calming ways made our transactions smooth. We have used local companies she has referenced and have not been disappointed by any of them. When selling we listened to her staging advise with enthusiastic outcomes. Michelle communicated with us constantly on items that came up and needed follow through.

April found our home away from home. We started working with April in April of 2017 and closed on our home in August 2017. We were looking for a specific vacation home in a specific price range in a limited area. April sent us listings as soon as they were available, and understanding our position never pressured us. Her knowledge and passion comes through, and she was always willing to offer advice and answer many questions and was always upbeat and personable. She was readily available during the entire process, and quickly helped us even after the closing.

Michelle simply goes above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agent. Her local knowledge and understanding of the market truly helped us get the best property for the best price. She was continuously in contact throughout the process and promptly returned our calls and texts; even on Sundays! Michelle was fun to work with and took the "edge" off the overwhelming experience of buying a new home. It really felt like we we had family member working with us. If/when we are ready to buy or sell again, I hope Michelle will do us the pleasure of being our agent!

April was very helpful finding a very cost effective lender and insurance agent. We were able to have a quick close with no issues. She also negotiated with the owner and was able to get additional furniture to be left in the house.

April has extensive knowledge of properties on Anna Maria Island. She worked very hard during our negotiation process. April helped us with all the details after the sale and was very conscientious throughout the whole process. I highly recommend April Green.

April was at her office the day I called to look at a house. She meet us there after getting permission to see house. We didn't buy that house but found us a home that we love. She worked closely with us when we went to VA for the holidays, and we always knew what was going on. We will definitely keep in touch with her and let all our friends know what a kind, generous and eager agent she was for us and for them as well. We couldn't of gone through this process without her.
