April is a true professional. She worked very hard to keep us informed about new properties that came on the market and which properites would allow our two big dogs. We had very specific needs and she was able to help us find the perfect place. April also helped us through the sale and after the sale in many ways. Darcie did a great job selling our house on Anna Maria and months later she helped us buy a new home off-island in a very tight market. Her advice was spot on, she made herself available on very short notice and communicated with us every step of the way. Thanks Darcie.

Darcie Duncan is nothing short of AMAZING! We were purchasing our first-time island dream home from out-of-state, and Darcie facilitated the entire purchase process from start to finish. Her personal knowledge and expertise of the island properties made our experience flawless. She made us feel welcome and appreciated. There's no one I'd rather use than Ducan Real Estate!

From the beginning of our home buying journey here on Anna Maria through to post closing follow ups, Darcie was a pleasure to deal with. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone with a deeper understanding of the Anna Maria real estate market than Darcie. She guided us with expert precision from search to contract negotiation all the way through to closing. Her knowledge and personal business connections here on the island allowed us to confidently purchase an older property and immediately begin the process of renovation knowing that we had made a good investment. Now, one year after beginning the journey, we are still thrilled with our decision. Darcie is a "Pro's pro"!

We decided to sell and met with Darcie. Darcie knows the island real estate market and how to sell your property. Darcie did not waste any time getting photographs and placing ads in the local newspapers. The result the friends of the buyer saw the ad checked it out and the rest is history, it sold in less than a month.

Darcie was very knowledgeable about the property, Anna Maria Island, and all the special requirements for buying a property on the island including insurance, etc. Darcie was always very accessible to answer all our questions and kept the process moving.

This transaction was very time consuming and tedious but she kept us on track and well informed of each step in the process.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Lindsey. Lindsey helped us purchase our home in Holmes Beach. She was literally our eyes while picking out our home as we were remote throughout the entire looking and purchasing process. Lindsey’s knowledge of the homes and the area on the island guided our decision as if we were here in person. We appreciated her quick responses to questions and her overall communication from the moment we met her to the time we closed on our home. She has had an open door policy to support us with all our questions, beyond the home purchase. We feel confident and appreciative that we can call her anytime.
