We recently used April to help us find a beachfront condo in the Long Boat Key/Anna Maria Island area. In less than 30 days from when we first started searching, we had a purchase contract accepted on a condo in LBK that turned out to be just perfect for us. April is the consummate professional in all aspects of her job. She communicates extremely well, provides excellent insights/counsel based on her deep knowledge of and experience in the area, and manages ever little detail of the process for you so that you don't need to worry about it. She is not afraid to add a little push now and then when someone or something gets bogged down. This was particularly valuable to us as we were managing this entire process remotely. After the contract was accepted she did a fantastic job coordinating the efforts of the mortgage lender, the title company, the buyer's realtor and the condo association to ensure a timely and smooth closing. Her fantastic support did not end after closing, as she helped us find the trusted contractors we needed for cleaning, maintenance and renovations. She evened offered to manage contractor access to our condo so that work could take place when we were not available. Equally important to the competence she displays in her work is the way in which she goes about it. She is cheerful, easy going and makes the whole process fun. We now not only consider her our realtor for any future needs but our friend. Simply put, we cannot recommend April enough for your real estate needs!
