I recently purchased a property with the help of April Green. When I first started looking for a home I had very specific parameters that I was looking for in a property. April was able to boil down those needs and was able to show me all the properties that were available. Her thorough research, knowledge and professionalism helped me find my perfect new home. Furthermore, she was able to put me in contact with all the necessary preferred vendors (inspectors, pest control, lenders and insurance agents) who were all just as professional, thorough and perfect as April. thank you April for the most pleasurable home shopping experience ever.

We found Cindy when I called her and just asked her about a property that we were about to put on the market. She was so nice and helpful. When it was time to put it on the market we called her and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Once she got that property sold she then found us our dream home by knowing exactly what we were looking for and helped us navigate the purchase. We would highly recommend Cindy.

We had the good fortune of asking April to assist us with our recent house purchase. Being overseas buyers we needed a lot of hand-holding, as we were not familiar with the US process. i would wholehearted recommend using April for any property dealings. She's been great from start to finish!

April has been extremely helpful while working with us on selling our property on AMI. I can confirm we have not been the easiest of clients to work with, but April worked hard to deal with all our needs and in the end we had several offers. I would definitely recommend her services.

Professional no nonsense Agent who actually listens to what you are looking for. I have met a few incompetent ones in my time and Michelle is not one of them. Highly recommended.
