Having some pretty specific requirements for our new home made the search somewhat challenging. Bryan's extensive knowledge of the area helped eliminate the background noise and let us focus on houses that fit our needs. Reducing the number of homes to consider dramatically reduced the time and stress of our search. Bryan was available anytime we needed him. He accommodated our schedule and made it very easy for us to tour prospective properties. He was always quick to respond to our calls, emails, and texts, which allowed us to make decisions more quickly and with a higher degree of confidence. Once we found our new home, Bryan continued to support our transition. He helped with the negotiation process and walked us through the maze of paperwork that would have been very confusing without his assistance. He gave us lots of ideas on "what if" questions as we thought about how to renovate various areas to fit our taste. And he provided a wealth of information on contractors, handy-people and various service providers. Bryan was very "up front" and transparent throughout the process. Dara came recommended by our agent on the east coast, who met Dara at a conference. Clearly, Dara made an amazing first impression. We couldn't be happier that we chose Dara to work with. From the get-go, she was patient in listening to our needs and wants. It can be very difficult to work with an agent on the opposite coast for the perfect property; but, Dara took the time to consider what we wanted and recommended properties based on that. We didn't expect to love the first place she showed us; but, as I said, she listens and she really found us a gem! She viewed the property with our daughter and son-in-law and we got a FaceTime walk-through. She helped us with what she thought would be a fair offer to help ensure we had the best chance of acceptance based on the market and this unit in particular.
