I have known Denisen for at least 15 years. We live in the same neighborhood and have been friends for awhile. When I would see her at Safeway or some other destination, I would remind her when the time comes she will be the realtor I use. I have been in my home here in the Highlands neighborhood for 28 years and love it. We'll, then my husband passed away and so the time had come. I didn't want to leave my home, so it was a mixed bag of emotions involved. Denisen was very gentle with me as decisions had to be made and held my hand through it all. The house sold in 10 days and went above asking price. When it was all said and done, I waited a long time to have the Denisen experience, but it was worth every minute. Run don't walk to getting her involved!!

Well, I never thought that I would be singing the praises of a realtor! I do not even know where to begin to do justice to the service we received from Veronica!!! I was having difficulty with this whole sale because it had been my childhood home for almost 70 years, but Veronica helped us through the process, by taking baby steps and offering us options to ensure that we had choices. She really has a handle on the market, on what order to do things in and on what buyers are looking for. This helped us figure out where to focus our energies and money. Veronica wears so many hats! Interior decorator, project manager, counselor, psychologist, handy-woman (she has her own tools!) - all that and knowing the real estate laws, etc. She was calm even when we were worried about the market - she was careful not to overwhelm us, and she was always ethical, professional, funny, positive, encouraging, and always prompt about getting back to us for all of our questions (over several months)!!! I cannot say enough good things about Veronica and about her staff!!! She has surrounded herself with incredibly competent people, who are also very prompt about answering any questions or dealing with anything that comes up. Her team of workers are exemplary in every definition of that word - professional, experts, timely, reasonably priced, and prompt. We will be contacting them if we have any future projects!! I wish we had another house to sell - she made it that pleasant of an experience!! If you need a realtor and you are reading this review - look no further - you have found "the one".

Alisa is hands-down the best realtor there is. I've now used Alisa to buy five homes and sell three, for a total of eight transactions. Alisa is communicative - she always keeps me updated on how things are going, when she needs anything and if there is anything I need to address. She's fast and is good about using my preferred communication methods. Alisa is knowledgable - she knows the market well, knows what to look for and what to avoid, helps me make decisions I struggle with, and is always on top of things. She makes the process easy because she is so confident in what she knows. Alisa is thorough - she always follows through on everything she does, checks and re-checks, spots anything concerning or out of place, and she makes things happen.
