Cathy was eager and willing to help with anything I asked. I live out of state and she spent a morning installing a router to go along with a modem that was at the house (which had been rented previously). The sprinkling system was connected via wi-fi, so we needed the internet. She was so willing to do anything I asked. She was my eyes and ears since I was not there. Her recommendations for repairs, updates to the home, etc. were perfect. She arranged for so much. She priced the home appropriately. Whenever I had a question, she would answer right away. She is very knowledgeable about the market and is very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home in the area. I could not have asked for a better agent!
