Carol took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and really helped to to figure out our wants vs our needs and the balance between them. She is super responsive and was always there for advice and guidance when we needed it. She has excellent knowledge of the east bay and was able to give us insight into what areas had what we were looking for and what areas we should consider that we hadn't previously. We lived an hour away from the area so Carol did a lot of in-person walkthroughs for us, providing videos and commentary that helped our search so much. Her experience guiding us through the process was invaluable when we got to the offer stage. She gave us expert advice on what to look for, what to insist on, and the pros and cons of each path so we could make an informed decision. She was always one step ahead of us and made everything smooth and easy.
