My partner and I just bought our new home with the help of our new friend. We met Denisen by sheer luck. We had been referred to an agent through a colleague I work with. I never had a warm and fuzzy feeling with that agent. I felt as though they were going through the motions of saying they would represent me but all they did was email listing after listing without so much as a phone call to see if we were interested in any of them. We met Denisen at an open house and the minute we engaged in a conversation we instantly clicked. I explained our experience with that first agent and she asked if she could contact me to see how she could help. From the very first conversation we shared, I knew she would be there to help. Our buying circumstances were challenging in today's market. We were buying with a VA loan which is not quite as attractive as conventional. She showed us listings that we wanted to see not what she wanted to us to see. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and explain the process, guide us through the decision making process and made the whole experience of buying a house relatively painfree. I say relatively because we made offers on several properties, bidding in excess of asking price and we were turned down each time. I truly believe many agents would have given up on us but she remained steadfast. I can still hear her saying isn't this fun? Fun is not exactly how I would describe buying a home particularly in this Bay Area market. We cannot say enough about Denisen, and her passion for her clients.
