We are first-time homebuyers and had an extremely positive experience with Jennifer. During our initial meeting with her, we appreciated how easy-going, pleasant, and professional she was. These traits were consistent and carried throughout our home-buying experience with her. From the beginning, Jennifer really listened to us and understood the features in a home and the location that we were looking for. She was especially informative about the neighborhoods and schools in our area of interest (Pleasant Hill/Concord/Walnut Creek). In addition to the homes matching our criteria, she would periodically provide us with off-market options to check out. We viewed many properties together and she was always punctual to each viewing. When we had general or post-viewing questions, Jennifer was easily and quickly accessible by phone call or text. She was always very patient with us and provided clear answers to our questions. For our offers that were not accepted, Jennifer gave us feedback as to how many offers were made, where our offer ranked in comparison, and the ballpark amount of the accepted offer. This was very enlightening as it helped us gauge our buying power in the area and prepared us how much to “level-up” our offers on subsequent homes. Jennifer is outstanding! When my husband and I started looking for homes in the Concord/Clayton area we, admittedly, had no idea what we were getting into. Jen was our realtor when we purchased our home recently and she was excellent throughout the whole process. It was our first house purchase in the U.S. We are originally from the UK where the market and process is completely different, so we needed a realtor who could guide us through every step and Jen did a great job at doing that. She was knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and professional – but while still being personable. A pleasure to work with. We found a home that we loved in Walnut Creek and with Jen’s help we were able to get the first house that we put a bid in for. It was competitive and Jen’s guidance was key – from discussing what price, to making our offer more personal to the sellers. After our bid was accepted Jen then guided us though all the admin process, from inspections to appraisals. She even recommended loan guy who got us a great mortgage. Overall, Jen was amazing and we can’t recommend her highly enough.
