By the time I found Denisen I'd been through three lenders, two realtors who clearly didn't have the time for me, and a sea of unreturned calls to other realtors. I was looking to buy my first home, in November, with a small down payment - I was a less than ideal client. None the less I kept searching and during my digging on home buying apps I kept coming across great reviews for Denisen. Assuming she wouldn't return my call, I left her a message anyways and later that day she called me back...and my life was forever changed - seriously. Within a month of working with Denisen I figured out what neighborhood in Concord I wanted to live in, found the perfect lender (thanks to her), and was in escrow for my very first home (under asking price and with a closing credit btw!). Denisen was with me every step of the way. From day one she listened to what I needed, what questions I had, and most importantly, made herself available every step of the way. When I met her I wasn't exactly sure where I wanted to live but I knew what I didn't like - she asked the right questions and made great suggestions that helped guide me towards my own decision. She also put up with me playing realtor in my free time (aka texting her everyday with a "what about this house?" message). Once I found the home I wanted was when the real business and panic set in. Denisen stayed by my side and was a huge support during my most panicked of times, answering my questions and if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. My wife and I first met Denisen at an open house she was showing. Granted I was eves dropping but Denisen was talking to a perspective buyer and her candidness and honesty about the neighborhood was really refreshing. Denisen is a go, go, go person and she will always be honest, she listens to your wants, and is very good at pointing out neighborhoods and houses that for your criteria. She thinks outside the box and will see what your boundaries are, rather than just trying to sell you on something you can’t afford and maybe not what you really want. When my wife and I would bring up a house in a neighborhood that was outside our normal search Denisen was alway happy to take us on a tour, she advised us to look up the neighborhood stats such as crime to make sure we were make an informed decision. Denisen always had our back and she was able to grease the skids when needed. All that being sad, Denisen is also a very kind and warm person. When I first started looking into buying a house, I assumed I wouldn’t need a real estate agent, because much like encyclopedias and travel agents, I figured the Internet had just killed them all off. But it quickly became apparent that trying to buy a house in the Bay Area is singularly miserable, because you’re always competing with someone who owns a tech company or an oil field or whatever people own in China and so home sellers look at your pathetic offers and are all like HAHA WTF IS A MORTGAGE PLEASE GO AWAY. So, I needed help. I contacted Denisen via her Web form based on her glowing Yelp reviews, and she called me literally 45 seconds later; by the next week she had already spent hours showing me properties, even though she could probably tell from my shoes that I had no money. In fact, she spent so much time with me that I honestly wondered if she had any other clients (she did). Anyway, long story short, I finally had an offer accepted on a great place and it was, amazingly, not the highest offer. I wish I could say it was because of my heartfelt letter to the seller, but I’m mostly sure it wasn’t because I was too lazy and never wrote it. I really couldn’t have done it without Denisen, and even after closing she followed up on some items that I should have received but did not. Above all, she really cared about finding me a place that was a good fit for me, no matter how long it took. I’m glad I contacted her, and I’m sure you will too.

Nothing quite matches the stress of buying or selling a home. Christine's easy going nature is perfectly balanced by her extensive knowledge of and experience in the business. It's a huge bonus that she's a Bay Area native. She assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our first home in CA in 2012 (we are both east coast natives.)
