Denisen Hartlove

What a fabulous experience we had selling our home in Bay Point through Denisen Hartlove from Dudum Real Estate Group. Denisen went above and beyond in helping us prepare and sell our house within a very tight timeframe. We presented Denisen with quite a complicated situation. We were moving overseas, ready to close on a new house. We had a houseful of furniture and a garage-full of – to be honest – junk, accumulated over decades. We had movers scheduled to ship clothing and other items to our new destination. We were quite frantic and disorganized (it’s kind of been our MO over the years, but that’s another story!). Denisen calmly looked at us and said “leave it to me.” Gratefully and gladly we did. Within a day or two she had arranged for everything we needed and for things we didn’t realize we needed. Denisen provided exceptional care and consideration to us as we prepared for this massive move. Her integrity, professionalism and great personality got us through the selling of our house in record time (and for over the asking price!) and enabled a smooth closing and move. Denisen has years of experience and knowledge which she was able to utilize to accomplish miracles for us. I recommend her whole-heartedly.

I have known Denisen for at least 15 years. We live in the same neighborhood and have been friends for awhile. When I would see her at Safeway or some other destination, I would remind her when the time comes she will be the realtor I use. I have been in my home here in the Highlands neighborhood for 28 years and love it. We'll, then my husband passed away and so the time had come. I didn't want to leave my home, so it was a mixed bag of emotions involved. Denisen was very gentle with me as decisions had to be made and held my hand through it all. The house sold in 10 days and went above asking price. When it was all said and done, I waited a long time to have the Denisen experience, but it was worth every minute. Run don't walk to getting her involved!!

That said, Denisen ultimately delivered a successful offer within just 4 days of listing and remained steady and supportive throughout. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent in her area of service.

Denisen is the best! First time home buyer, and the process of finding a home was new and became difficult at times. But Denisen helped my partner and I keep calm, put us in the best moods, and worked day and night to help us find our new home as quick as possible. Amazing person to work with!!

This review is EXTREMELY overdue. Denisen helped me sell my condo in Walnut Creek towards the end of 2021. Denisen was so good that she even helped me manage a tricky tenant (and horribly unresponsive property management company) situation (she has so many resources to make things happen) and helped turn around the condo into beautifully sellable condition. She did all of this while I was trying to manage an extremely demanding job and traveling between two parts of California to care for an ill family member (and sell her home as well). Her amazing network, responsiveness, and coordination of so many things I was unable to take care of were the only things making the sale possible at the time. Her personality is also incredible - she's hilarious, bubbly, and pleasantly candid. Absolutely adored working with her. She continues to share her invaluable insight when needed, even though I am not able to work with her where I am now living. If you have an opportunity to work with Denisen, don't hesitate for a moment to select her as your realtor! Denisen makes me wish cloning (or Neuralink) was technologically feasible because she is really the best I've worked with... and you deserve to experience the same amazing service she provided to me!
