As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I needed a realtor that was willing to educate us on the home-buying process while also helping us find our dream home. This would be a big feat in a normal market, let alone this crazy market! Denisen 100% delivered on this with the utmost patience, knowledge and care. Denisen is one of the most kind, patient people I've ever met - she answered hundreds of our questions and concerns over our months-long home search while we were living in Southern California but looking to buy in the East Bay. Denisen's communication was fantastic, which was especially important because we were living in Southern California at the time. Denisen showed us close to 100 homes and wrote 9 offers for us. We saw so many homes because we were looking in towns we've never lived in, so she was patient enough to drive us around on weekends and educate us on towns and neighborhoods that we had never seen before. I bought my Alamo townhome in the mid-1980s, and wanted to sell and move to an over 55 community. Since this was my first home sale in many years, I had decided that I would interview three realtors. I called Veronica after receiving a card she sent to owners in Alamo Square detailing her sale of another unit. We talked about what I wanted and then what she does for her clients. I immediately said “You’re hired!” Veronica is meticulous, dynamic, professional, and far exceeded my high expectations. She helped me through every step of the process, including how to fix up my home for sale, arranging for an early inspection report to give to potential buyers, staging, and making the entire process seamless for me. Each time I contacted Veronica; I received an immediate response. My home went on the market on a Thursday - after a few days of “Coming soon.” Veronica held two open houses on the following Saturday and Sunday, and after indicating that there were several interested parties, she recommended setting an offering due date for the following Wednesday.
