Starting off with Christine is such an amazing women with a heart of gold. I’ve known Christine for about 12 years now and she’s has literally helped us find our 2 rentals homes and now our forever home. I must say she has always been loyal and provided us excellent care. Christine has became like family over the years, even during our renting years she continued to check on us and always made sure we were being taken care of. She is so knowledgeable and very passionate about her job, it’s so amazing how she’s does it so effortlessly. I know that she is always just call/text away, I can always depend on her. When my deceased sister's house was put on the market, Carol priced the house based on current market trends and shortly thereafter I got an offer that I accepted. But the house required a lot of work and Carol had all the right contractors to complete the closing of the house in a timely manner. Carol was always available, via phone because I live 3 hrs away. I highly recommend her; for buying/purchasing a home.

We have known Ellen in the community for a long time and know that she is a successful and professional realtor in the East Bay. When it came time that we wanted to sell our investment property, we thought about Ellen because of her vast network both professionally and in the community. Ellen was very detailed, efficient, experienced and was able to read the market with confidence. We met virtually once and then in person according to COVID guidelines. We followed her guidance and advice and got all the needed inspections done ahead of time. We also gathered all necessary disclosures and reports, including the HOA documents before the property went on the market. We got four offers within 10 days. Jen was our realtor when we purchased our home recently and she was excellent throughout the whole process. It was our first house purchase in the U.S. We are originally from the UK where the market and process is completely different, so we needed a realtor who could guide us through every step and Jen did a great job at doing that. She was knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and professional – but while still being personable. A pleasure to work with. We found a home that we loved in Walnut Creek and with Jen’s help we were able to get the first house that we put a bid in for. It was competitive and Jen’s guidance was key – from discussing what price, to making our offer more personal to the sellers. After our bid was accepted Jen then guided us though all the admin process, from inspections to appraisals. She even recommended loan guy who got us a great mortgage. Overall, Jen was amazing and we can’t recommend her highly enough.

Cathy is a class act and a consummate professional from start to finish. She provided the best home selling experience possible, even in the middle of COVID-19! I had met Cathy at a few of her listings over the last several years and was consistently impressed with how she presented herself. Our neighbors/friends hired Cathy to sell their home last year and had nothing but wonderful things to say and great results, so we interviewed her and decided to move forward with her as our agent. BEST decision ever! We started this process with our tenants moving out right before COVID shelter in place; SO stressful! Cathy was positive, realistic and reassuring throughout the process.
