I met Tiffany while attending an open house in Long Beach. I can’t say enough good things about her. I took liking to her right off the bat. Her easy going nature, attentiveness, open knowledge to the area, and her willingness to help me find what I was looking for. She also helped guide me to my attorney. Who like Mrs. Balanoff was their with me every step of the way. She even went so far as to stop by and drop what she was doing to help me renavate after I purchased my place. Working with Tricia is the only way to buy a house! She customized the experience from before our first meeting through post-closing. BEYOND HAPPY WITH ANNA NIOLA!! My girlfriend and I were shopping for houses on Zillow without the help of a realtor, with some luck a house that was recently off the market caught our interest. We messaged the realtor, that had the property listed to find out more information and... we found Anna Niola, the property was already sold but Anna assured us she would find something better, she was correct. We were not currently working with a realtor at the time, so it was a new experience for us but it was a game changer finding her. She spent over a half hour on the phone explaining how a realtor works, and that it is truly silly for a buyer not to work with a realtor. Within a month we were putting a offer on a house we never thought we would get in our budget, she was with us ever step of the way. Anna was making calls, texting us both in a group chat, emailing, doing every bit of leg work she could to make our lives that much easier. Anna was always able to be contacted, and if she missed our call within minutes we would get a text or a phone call back. We can go on, and on about the experience we had with her, we can both truly say she was the best thing to happen to us during our house hunt. Anyone would be in excellent hands if she was on your side during your house hunt. We can also say we gained a life long friend, Anna banana.

Our experience with Janene was wonderful in every way! Within two months of listing with Janene, our house was in contract - the entire selling process was a dream. Our home was previously on the market with a local agent for a year and a half with no offers and very little foot traffic. We were very worried that we wouldn't sell or would take a loss. When we met with Janene, she was confident that this would not happen. Janene took control over the situation with laser focus. She did all of the professional staging herself and coordinated new photos and even made a video and home guide which made all the difference in driving interest. She hosted several successful open houses and brought in new potential buyers through social media. She came up with a great strategy to market to buyers outside of our area and created a targeted paid advertisement on Facebook. Janene made herself very available for viewings and was extremely responsive at all times. She literally held our hands through the process and made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way. What was great about working with Lori is that she actually listened to what I wanted and was looking for. There wasn’t any riding around looking at houses over my budget.
