We interviewed Real Estate agents Last year in anticipation of selling out N Bellmore home. Mike seemed very knowledgeable and figured a fair selling price higher than the others we interviewed. We called him this year when we were ready to sell and established a post COVID sale price which was substantially higher than last year. Mike did a superb job of marketing our beautiful home and showed it by appointment only. He showed it to about 32 families over a weekend and we received 12 offers all but 1 over asking price. We ended up getting almost 50k over asking. I strongly recommend listing your home with Mike, He is the consummate professional.

Mike was Very attentive and knowledgeable and an overall great guy. Although covid changed the house looking process, Mike went above and beyond for us. He was always available and willing to assist us with any concerns we had. All in all, the experience was seemless. We were very impressed with and grateful for his assistance. I would definitely recommend him and use him again for future home. We wouldn’t have done it without mike!

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with when we sold our home. We encountered a variety of issues outside of everyone's control due to COVID-19 and the shutdown of some county offices (which slowed the title process.) Our first buyer also backed out and we were in the process of relocating out of state. Michael handled every curve ball right along side us - and he made the process so much smoother.
